Both Coach Rita and Coach Nyjah along with MAFA’s first international brazilian jiu jitsu student will be traveling to Long Beach California to compete in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World championships. Even on holidays such as Memorial day Team Lloyd Irvin competitors train multiple hours to keep energy high and technique sharp. As the Lloyd Irvin womens brazilian jiu jitsu team grows stronger the number of elite competition woman increase in number and techniques. Its really great to have several female training partners to work with and bond, sharing experiences. As the first team Lloyd Irvin world champion, I understand the work and dedication it takes to become a champion. Preparing with the best team, training partners and having a great coach are key fundamentals. As we prepare to compete in the 2011 World Championships I look forward to making history again winning the womens black belt division. Come train with Team Lloyd Irvins first affiliate school designed by women and for women. Call to (202)455-4662 to start training today.Hope to see you on the mats soon.
