It is always a good idea to get your physician’s approval before starting a fitness program, but newcomers are always welcome at any stage of fitness or un-fitness. Everyone must complete a fitness evaluation at MAFA, before taking any classes–free trial or as a member. That will ensure that we start you out at the right place for your needs.
